The hotel is clean, has good facilities, and offers parking. The location is very close to the river, which provides a beautiful view. The breakfast and staff were great.

The room was comfortable with a powerful shower. Appreciated the complimentary tea/coffee/water and the provided robes. the breakfast was tasty, especially the coffee and sausages. Location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions.
The bathroom door didn't close properly. the mirror in the bedroom was in an inconvenient place with no plug socket nearby for hair drying.

Located on a beautiful slope next to the river, this hotel offers a spectacular view of the opposite Thames river. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have good drink making facilities. The staff is warm and friendly, always ready to cater to your needs. Complimentary continental breakfast is provided, and the restaurant serves delicious food until 9 pm.
Some rooms may have noise from a nearby utility room or boiler, which can be disruptive.

Gorgeous riverside location, with a boutique-style room above a pub. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff went out of their way to help and Chloe in particular made arrangements for a room upgrade. Great breakfast and coffee. Executive room recommended for extra space and a luxurious bathroom with a large shower and bath.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a charming hotel in Sunbury-on-Thames. The room was tastefully decorated with a cozy atmosphere, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast menu offered a delicious variety of options, and the portions were generous. I appreciated the well-stocked bar with its selection of real ales. I also loved the fact that there was easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the nearby Hampton Court. Despite a few minor issues, such as a slow shower and some noise from outside, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

I had a truly delightful stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a large bed and all the facilities I needed, including a fantastic coffee machine. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and making me feel very welcome. The highlight for me was the beautiful bath in the bedroom, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. I also loved the fact that I could order food from the bar and have it delivered to my room, making my evening even more enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
